Kristen is currently accepting new client referrals. Referrals are processed, initial appointments are scheduled, requests to reschedule appointments and cancellation of initial sessions are made by email. Ongoing clients are encouraged to manage their appointments, invoices and receipts via their client portal, information for which is contained in the initial appointment confirmation email. Ongoing clients who wish to reschedule or cancel appointments within 4 days are required to email Dr Kristen Lovric directly who will advise if any fees apply allowing informed consent before proceeding, contact@drkristenlovric.com.au. Please note emails may also be monitored by administrative staff.
