Please note tenancy is at own risk and tenants are responsible for the security of the premises, must not disturb the occupants of adjacent premises, make any installations without the lessor's prior written consent, do anything to impact the lessor's insurance or premiums, anything unlawful or illegal. The tent must keep the premises clean and tidy, in good repair and fix any damage caused. The tenant releases the lessor from and indemnifies it against all claims. The tenant defaults under this agreement if any terms are breached. Upon termination all keys are to be returned.
